Should your DIRTY JACK cooking towel still not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days. However, it must meet some conditions to be eligible for return.

• The cloth is in its original packaging
• The cloth has not been used or washed

The order amount will be refunded within 30 days upon receipt of your return. The cost of return to the online store is at your own expense. However, we will then refund any shipping costs you have incurred on your order.

What is super convenient is to create an address label online. Go to the PostNL website for online labelling. The return package is than automatically stamped.
